Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager by handling court scheduling, educating members on programs, and delivering excellent customer service. You will greet members, explain services, build relationships, and support facility upkeep in a busy club environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Preferred: CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and helps determine needs.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Keeps pickleball facilities and equipment clean, organized, and in good condition.
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensures daily billing is accurate and reconciles the cash register at shift end.
