Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily department operations at our Michigan location. You will schedule court time, educate members on programs, and provide outstanding customer service to foster repeat visits.

The role emphasizes building personalized member relationships, maintaining facilities and equipment, and promoting Life Time offerings while handling daily billing and cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, schedule court time, and assist members professionally.
• Explain pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and help determine their needs.
• Develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Ensure all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promote Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Process daily billing and reconcile the cash register at the end of a shift.
