Key Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to order tickets, labels, or warehouse instructions.
• Pack items securely to help ensure safe and accurate delivery.
• Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and proper labeling before shipment.
• Prepare orders for shipping and assist with staging completed packages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and support team productivity goals.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $18 per hour.
• Location: American Canyon, CA.
• For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare products for shipment while following warehouse procedures.
• Support inventory accuracy, product handling, and order fulfillment.

• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, picking, packing, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to read order information, labels, and basic warehouse instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks during the shift.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and workplace guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using handheld scanners or warehouse inventory systems.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, or distribution center operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy.
