Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Pick & Prep team member in North Carolina to engage guests through product preparation and sampling while maintaining company standards. You will spotlight Fresh, Healthy, Seasonal and Local products, and contribute to a positive guest experience across the department.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, teamwork, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training provided; 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and willingness to engage guests.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of Pick & Prep operations and knife skills.
• Demonstrate effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Actively engage guests through product preparation and sampling.
• Provide superior guest service and storytelling about products.
• Demonstrate knife showmanship and highlight services offered.
• Operate the Pick & Prep area per merchandising standards.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the department.
• Perform product prep, receiving, stocking and guest service as needed.
• Perform PA announcements.
• Fulfill other duties assigned by management.
