• Knowledge of bakery operations is a plus.
• Ability to supervise people, including training and development.
• Demonstrated ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Effective communication with store management.
• Comfort using computers and POS systems.

Aufgaben

• Actively engage guests through product preparation, sampling and suggestive selling.
• Provide superior guest service, including storytelling about products like Fresh, Healthy, Seasonal and Local.
• Demonstrate knife showmanship and explain Pick & Prep services.
• Operate the Pick & Prep area per merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the department.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, stocking, merchandising and guest service as needed.
• Make PA announcements.
• Handle other duties as assigned by management.
