Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Worker to join a leading local distribution center in Moore, SC. The role involves pick and pack, quality checks, and operating RF scanners and WMS to ensure accurate shipments.

The 2nd shift runs 1pm-9:30pm, Monday through Friday, with competitive hourly pay of $18.00. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement and support leadership in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of extensive pick/pack experience with quality control and auditing background.
• Strong analytical skills to research and resolve process failures.
• Proficiency with computer systems, RF scanners, and WMS.
• Ability to meet productivity and accuracy metrics in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform pick and pack functions with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks and participate in audits.
• Utilize computer systems, RF scanners, and WMS to process shipments.
• Analyze root causes of issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Engage in physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing.
• Collaborate with leadership and take on additional duties as assigned.

What’s a typical day as Shipping/Receiving Worker? You’ll be:

• Performing pick and pack functions with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Conducting quality control checks and participating in auditing processes
• Utilizing computer systems, RF scanners, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Analyzing and determining root causes of issues, researching process failures, and contributing to continuous improvement
• Engaging in physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Collaborating with leadership and taking on additional duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 3-5 years of extensive pick/pack experience and a solid background in quality control and auditing
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to research and resolve process failures
