Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 4+ years hardware validation experience.
• Strong experience with PI and SI and root cause analysis.
• Experience reviewing validation reports and driving resolution.
• Ability to analyze test data and write technical SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee validation execution and monitor progress.
• Review CM test reports, analyze failures, drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with electrical design teams to close validation issues and ensure timely closure.
