Titan Law Firm in Beverly Hills seeks a Personal Injury Operations Manager to serve as the right hand to the Managing Attorney, directing day-to-day operations for a growing PI practice in a vibrant office.

This leadership role emphasizes systems improvement, case management oversight, marketing support, and team development, with hybrid work (3-4 days in office) and a competitive base salary plus a generous bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years handling Personal Injury case management.
• Extensive knowledge of Personal Injury pre-litigation processes.
• Experience with both prelitigation and litigation in PI practice.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume caseloads.
• Background in legal operations or law firm management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiency.
• Experience collaborating with attorneys, clients, and prelitigation teams.

• Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
• Lead case management oversight from intake to resolution.
