Job summary

Titan Law Firm in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Operations Manager to be the right hand to the Managing Attorney, overseeing daily operations and driving efficiency across legal and administrative functions.

The role focuses on case management oversight, team leadership, marketing support, and scalable processes for a growing practice. Hybrid work schedule: in-office 3–4 days, remote 1–2 days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Personal Injury case management experience.
• Prelitigation and/or Litigation experience in Personal Injury.
• Legal operations or law firm management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm.
• Lead office management, legal operations, and case management oversight.
• Improve workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives.
• Mentor and develop staff.
