Titan Law Firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a Personal Injury Operations Manager to serve as the right hand to the Managing Attorney and oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing Personal Injury practice.

This leadership role covers office management, legal operations, team coordination, case management oversight, and growth initiatives to enhance client service and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Personal Injury case management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Personal Injury pre-litigation processes.
• Prelitigation and/or Litigation experience within a Personal Injury practice.
• Experience managing complex, high-volume caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
• Oversee Personal Injury case management from intake through resolution.
• Manage and optimize legal processes, technology, and systems.
• Assist with referral partner relationships and business development initiatives.
• Mentor and develop staff and lead by example.
