The role handles about 75 cases on average, requires at least 2 years in PI, bilingual Spanish, and strong organized, confidential, team-oriented skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in personal injury as a case manager in PI/litigation settings.
• Experience handling medical management and document review.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and organize case files.
• Strong communication with clients, providers and staff.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-litigation personal injury cases and medical case management.
• Coordinate with attorneys on plan of action and case strategy.
• Locate providers, schedule medical treatment, and monitor progress.
• Review medical records, bills, and insurance communications.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure client communication.
