JBA International in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant specializing in plaintiff personal injury cases to join the Catastrophic Team. The role supports the Case Manager across a high-volume docket and requires fluent Spanish, strong organization, and professional client communication.

Responsibilities include handling 75 active files, coordinating with insurance carriers and medical providers, scheduling treatment, reading directives, and using Filevine to track

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual Spanish.
• Assist Case Manager with an average of 75 cases.
• Knowledge of claims processing with Insurance Carriers, Health Insurance, Medi-care and MediCal.
• Able to assist with administrative functions to resolve Property Damage and Loss of Use claims.
• Locate providers and schedule medical appointments for treatment of injuries.
• Read and review directives from the case manager to process requests and emails.
• Excellent and professional communication with clients, providers and staff.
• Knowledge of Filevine is a plus.
