Job summary

TeleSpecialists is seeking a Physician Recruitment Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage prospective physician talent and guide candidates through the interview process. The role supports staffing needs with effective sourcing, CRM management, and professional lead-generation campaigns.

The candidate will maintain recruitment workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive campaigns across social media and professional networks. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional recruiting or lead generation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar ATS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain physician job board postings.
• Grow recruitment from internal and external sources.
• Grow visibility on LinkedIn, X, Doximity and other platforms.
• Establish recruitment processes for residency and fellowship levels.
• Maintain a structured recruitment workflow from lead generation to contracting.
• Manage the physician recruitment CRM for interviewing and contracting.
• Improve the candidate screening process.
• Streamline processing of qualified candidates to shorten time to interview.
• Collaborate with Growth and Strategy to create lead-generation tools.
• Drive awareness through external vendors, boards, agencies and conferences.
• Create calendars for campaigns to capture qualified physicians.
• Create reports and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs.
