Ingenovis Health is seeking a Travel Coordinator to arrange air, hotel, and car for locum tenens assignments. You will work with providers and clients to secure travel options that fit budgets and schedules.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and knowledge of Sabre or Concur Travel. You'll use the VISTA system to track bookings and participate in on-call coverage.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• At least two years corporate travel experience with strong GDS skills, Sabre preferred.
• Post-high-school coursework in business communications or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Book travel, housing, and local transportation for locum assignments.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and excellent time management for timely bookings.
• Negotiate with travel partners and travelers.
• Maintain complete, accurate records using the VISTA application.
• Participate in on-call rotation to handle after-hour travel emergencies.
• Kпeep files current and accurate; provide professional correspondence.
