Job summary

Northwest Eye Surgeons is seeking a Physician Relations & Patient Experience Specialist to serve as the bridge between our specialists, referring providers, and patients. You will develop trusted relationships with referring physicians, educate partners, and guide patients through the referral process, ensuring timely access to care.

In this highly visible role, you will coordinate communications, share feedback for continuous improvement, and help elevate the overall referral experience

Qualifications

• Three or more years of healthcare experience (preferably working with physician offices or referrals).
• Experience building professional relationships and coordinating across departments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EMRs, CRM systems, or referral management software is a plus.
• Ophthalmology or specialty practice experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Northwest Eye Surgeons is looking for a Physician Relations & Patient Experience Specialist to serve as the bridge between our specialists, referring providers, and patients. This role will support and help strengthen physician partnerships and ensure every referred patient experiences seamless, concierge-level care from referral to follow-up.

In this highly visible role, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers, collaborate across teams, and help make healthcare easier for both providers and patients.
