Northwest Eye Surgeons is seeking a Physician Relations & Patient Experience Specialist to serve as the bridge between our specialists, referring providers, and patients. You will develop trusted relationships with referring physicians, educate partners, and guide patients through the referral process, ensuring timely access to care.

In this highly visible role, you will coordinate communications, share feedback for continuous improvement, and help elevate the overall referral experience

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of healthcare experience (preferably working with physician offices or referrals).
• Experience building professional relationships and coordinating across departments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EMRs, CRM systems, or referral management software is a plus.
• Ophthalmology or specialty practice experience is preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Develop trusted relationships with referring physicians and their office teams.
• Visit provider offices, educate referral partners, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Guide patients through the referral process, removing barriers and ensuring timely access to care.
• Coordinate communication between providers, patients, and our clinical teams.
• Ensure referring physicians receive timely updates, consultation notes, and operative reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and elevate the referral experience.
• Serve as the voice of both our providers and patients by sharing feedback that drives continuous improvement.
