Job summary

Edmonds Eye MD is seeking a Physician Relations & Patient Experience Specialist to serve as the bridge between our specialists, referring providers, and patients. This role covers North King County and South Snohomish County, focusing on strengthening physician partnerships and ensuring concierge-level care from referral to follow-up.

You will visit provider offices, educate referral partners, coordinate communication among providers, patients, and clinical teams, and identify workflow

Qualifications

• Three or more years of healthcare experience, preferably working with physician offices, referrals, patient navigation, or customer service.
• Experience building professional relationships and coordinating across multiple departments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EMRs, CRM systems, or referral management software is a plus.
• Ophthalmology or specialty practice experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
