Job summary

Memorial Hermann in Houston, TX, seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive volume and in-network utilization across Memorial Hermann facilities and clinics. You will partner with physicians, administrators and growth stakeholders to execute strategies across the care continuum and build lasting relationships with MH providers.

You will conduct calls, manage CRM activity, and develop market-informed plans. Travel may be required to engage regional referral sources and hospital sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing/Business/Healthcare or four years of relevant sales growth experience.
• Four years in healthcare or medical sales; experience selling to physicians/staff preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare services and ability to execute growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conducts personal sales calls to physicians and referral sources to increase volume.
• Develops and executes growth strategies across the care continuum.
• Prepares volume reports for planning and leadership reviews.
• Maintains CRM records and coordinates outreach with internal teams.
• Travel as needed to engage regional physicians and sites.
