Job summary

UMass Memorial Medical Group is seeking a physician referral services professional to act as the primary sales and marketing contact for referring physician offices in central Massachusetts. You will build strong relationships with executives, specialists, PCPs and office staff, driving growth and improving access to clinical services.

• Ability to analyze referral data and provide feedback to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Functions as the primary sales and marketing contact for referring physician offices, strengthening relationships with executives, service line providers, and PCPs in central MA.
• Develops and executes a comprehensive strategy to grow system objectives and MCN participation.
• Collaborates with senior executives and marketing to identify key physicians and physician groups in the primary service area.
• Maintains profiles of offices visited and a central database on referring physician feedback and issues.
• Tracks outreach activity and designs plans to reduce leakage of referrals and grow referrals.
