Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a Physician Liaison to drive referral growth across Houston and surrounding regions. You will visit physician offices and hospitals to strengthen partnerships, expand community outreach, and support the deployment of regional marketing plans.

The role requires 4+ years in oncology outside sales, strong CRM and MS Office proficiency, and the ability to travel 26–50% in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management or Healthcare.
• 4+ years’ experience in oncology outside sales.
• Deep understanding of physician practice operations.
• CRM experience in a multi-geography, virtual environment.
• Proven ability to build and execute integrated business development plans across a geographic market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and key strategic partners.
• Visit physician offices and hospitals regularly to increase referrals.
• Plan and attend dinners, meetings, and educational programs for Company physicians.
• Adapt marketing plans to regional changes and new service offerings.
• Develop regional marketing collateral with Marketing Department.
• Provide territory analysis to referral base leadership and directors.
• Coordinate events, sponsorship opportunities, and community outreach.
• Prepare presentations using marketing materials and reports.
