Job summary

ECU Health is seeking a Physician Relations Coordinator to strengthen provider relationships and drive engagement across the health system. You will collaborate with medical staff, attending physicians, APPs, residents, and fellows to enhance referral growth and strategic communications.

The role focuses on improving communication, supporting physician engagement initiatives, onboarding, and retention while partnering with clinical leaders on patient-care projects.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or higher in business, marketing, education, healthcare administration or related field.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, marketing, recruitment, sales, education, physician practice, physician relations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with physicians, APPs, and referring providers.
• Promote ECU Health services and support referral growth.
• Serve as a liaison between providers and organizational leadership.
• Coordinate provider outreach, meetings, forums, and engagement initiatives.
• Support physician satisfaction, communication, and recognition programs.
• Partner with clinical leaders on projects that improve patient care.
• Manage provider data, contact information, and engagement metrics.
• Lead physician onboarding, integration, and retention efforts.
• Develop resources and strategies that strengthen provider relationships.
