Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a Physician Relationship Manager to foster and maintain strong physician partnerships across assigned hospitals. You will collaborate with Directors of Provider Relations to ensure alignment with growth strategies and serve as a shared resource across facilities, focusing on outreach and referrals to improve satisfaction.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in provider relations or related fields, with CRM proficiency and analytics knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (business, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in provider relations, physician liaison, healthcare sales, or practice operations required.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with primary care providers and designated specialty practices.
• Work in close collaboration with Directors of Provider Relations to align with service line growth strategies.
• Focus on practice level outreach, referral development, and service recovery to improve physician satisfaction.
• Support balanced coverage across facilities under the Regional Director of Business Development.
