Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) is seeking a Physician Liaison to drive targeted physician referral growth in the New Jersey region. You will develop strategic business plans, engage with physicians, and represent UVVC across clinical partners to grow vein center referrals.

The role requires 2–5 years in medical sales with B2B experience, CRM familiarity, and the ability to manage multiple relationships while upholding HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years medical sales experience with 1-2 years of outside B2B experience.
• Must have existing relationships with physicians, ACOs, healthcare facilities.
• Must understand vascular diseases and be able to communicate clinical information.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Remain in compliance with all regulatory requirements including HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and Stark Laws.
• Experience working with a CRM, Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and expands referral base to grow designated UVC Vein business.
• Continuously reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and reports on product performance and opportunities.
• Educates physician contacts on services offered by UVC.
• Maintains image of UVC as cutting-edge vein specialists in the target community.
• Analyzes strengths and services of competitors to protect and grow market share.
• Identifies physician referral opportunities within the medical community.
• Maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and/or their staff, including visits, emails, and calls.
• Provides information and branded messages to Physicians on UVC products and services.
• Identifies speaking opportunities within hospitals, ALFs, and medical associations.
• Identifies strategies to promote provider engagement and collaboration.
• Demonstrates UVVC’s Core Values in daily work and conduct.
• Maintains confidentiality of PHI per HIPAA and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
