Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Physician Recruitment professional to source, screen and hire physicians across the system. You will develop recruitment plans, partner with sites, and communicate progress while building a durable candidate pipeline.

The role requires strong recruitment knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to travel as needed within the system. Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field and 3 years of physician recruitment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in physician recruitment or executive recruitment.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws impacting recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and sources targeted physicians using creative recruitment methods (web advertising, mining websites, email blasts, social media, journal ads, direct mail, telemarketing, networking, referral programs, phone interviews, conference attendance, search firms).
• Develops and implements complex recruitment plans aligned with organizational strategies and objectives; screens and interviews candidates for fit.
• Communicates progress with site partners and maintains timely feedback between team and candidates; collaborates to describe opportunities and community context.
• Builds long-term relationships with candidates, using CRM tools to develop pipelines for active and passive candidates.
• Educates and consults with leadership on recruitment process, timelines, market availability, compensation and immigration needs.
