Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, healthcare experience, and will engage in the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing and onboarding. The role requires on-site leadership in Beloit, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is preferred.
• Certification by Medical Group Management Association and/or American Society of Physician Recruiters is preferred.
• Healthcare experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for all physician recruitment efforts.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including candidate sourcing and screening.
• Lead preparation, presentation, and negotiation of physician employment agreements.
• Coordinate and support key initiatives including the Provider Compensation Program.
• Play an integral role in physician onboarding and retention efforts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physician candidates and recruitment partners.
