Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in health administration, business administration, management and organizational development, or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of relevant practice or supervisory experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business administration, management and organizational development, or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health care practice supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Supports and adheres to Commitment to Excellence goals in Clinical Quality, Service Quality, Community Value and Business Literacy; ensures processes are followed.
• Manage staffing schedules and timekeeping with Kronos Scheduler and Timekeeper.
• Direct various personnel functions including hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers and vacations.
• Ensure efficient daily operations, monitor patient flow and address problems that arise.
• Maintain compliance with RHPA policies, HIPAA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise between staff and physician to ensure effective communication.
