Job summary

Reid Health is seeking a Manager for Physician Practice (Primary Care) to lead day-to-day operations of the Conn Schedule clinic. You will supervise staff, optimize patient flow, ensure HIPAA compliance, and partner with physicians to meet service and quality targets while maintaining a positive patient experience.

This role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise with Kronos/Timekeeper, and a commitment to Reid Health mission.

Qualifications

• Education required: Associate degree in health administration or related field; five years supervisory experience may substitute.
• Experience: minimum 3 years in a health care practice.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage clinic schedules and staffing to ensure daily workflow.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect PHI.
• Oversee patient flow, service quality, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and coordinate with physicians.
