Job summary

Reid Health is seeking a Practice Manager to provide leadership and management across the practice portfolio, ensuring efficient services for patients, physicians, the public and staff. The role supports goals, policies, procedures and systems for effective practice management and compliance with RHPA guidelines.

The position requires managing staff, scheduling, and daily operations, with a focus on improving patient satisfaction and coordinating with physicians and clinical supervisors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in health administration, business administration, management and organizational development, or equivalent.
• Five years of relevant practice or supervisory experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health care practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all functions within the practice portfolio.
• Ensure efficient services meeting patient, physician, public and staff needs.
• Implement policies, procedures and systems for established goals and practice management.
• Manage staffing schedules and timekeeping using Kronos Scheduler and Timekeeper.
• Monitor patient flow and address daily operational issues as they arise.
• Direct hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers and vacation schedules.
