Job summary

Valley Hospital in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Nursing leader to drive the Clinical Quality Improvement program and guide department-wide process improvements. This role requires expertise in QA/PI, strong nursing background, and demonstrated management capabilities within a hospital setting.

The successful candidate will oversee quality initiatives, collaborate with clinical teams, patients’ safety programs, and performance metrics to improve outcomes across the LVMD campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
• Two (2) years QA or PI experience, and a minimum two (2) years progressive management experience.
• Lean Training competencies and knowledge of process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for management of the Clinical Quality Improvement program and providing direction and support for department and/or unit based clinical process improvement activities.
