Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in acute-care nursing.
• 0–1 year experience in quality development or large quality initiatives.
• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage performance improvement projects to support quality and safety.
• Lead teams, develop action plans and ensure timely completion and documentation.
• Support core measures, HAC, mortality, readmission and PSI reduction programs with clinical staff.
