Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking a Professional Performance Evaluation Coordinator to support medical staff leadership, manage records for professional performance evaluations, quality, professionalism and practitioner health, and collaborate with credentialing and committees.

The role requires a BSN, at least 5 years acute care experience, EPIC experience, and strong data analysis, confidentiality and communication skills to work with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• BSN required; RN licensure active.
• Minimum 5 years acute care experience.
• Experience with EPIC Health Information System and chart abstraction.
• Quality and/or Performance Improvement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supports medical staff leadership and maintains records for Professional Performance Evaluations, Quality, Professionalism and Practitioner Health.
• Facilitate clinical programs with Credentialing and committees.
• Collaborate with Patient Experience, Risk Management, and legal counsel across committees.
• Collaborate with Risk Management and legal counsel to address concerns.
• Maintain readiness for DNV and address concerns identified through surveys and grievances.
• Coordinate with senior leadership, quality personnel and hospitals on concerns, reports and interventions.
