Job summary

Altais Inc. is seeking a Physician Network Development Manager in Hawaii to build and manage a robust network of physicians and providers.

You will identify prospects, onboard new providers including credentialing, and maintain strong relationships through regular in-person or virtual engagements. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in provider networking and managed care, plus proven sales success and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of provider networking experience.
• 7+ years of managed care experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven sales track record with targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential physicians and providers to generate new leads.
• Deliver full-cycle onboarding including agreements and credentialing.
• Engage with new physicians, maintaining productive relationships.
• Conduct in-person or virtual service presentations.
• Stay informed on market trends to inform pitches.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams.
• Travel up to 75% within the region.
