Job summary

Altais Health Solutions is seeking a Network Development Manager in Riverside County, CA. You will develop and implement strategies to recruit and onboard new providers into Altais Networks of Care, while engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will travel up to 75% regionally, build strong relationships, present value propositions, and drive growth across the network. A strong background in provider networking and sales is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Provider Networking experience.
• Experience in Managed Care and payer relations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new physicians and providers to join Altais Networks of Care.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding, contracts, credentialing, and setup for new providers.
• Foster and maintain relationships with prospective physicians and providers.
• Deliver compelling service presentations to physicians and providers in person, online, or townhalls.
• Conduct market research on network trends and competitor offerings.
• Stay informed on service lines and communicate updates to internal teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, physician relations and other stakeholders.
• Travel up to 75% within the region to meet providers.
