• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or MHA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in physician network management or healthcare provider relations.
• Strong relationship-building skills with physicians and healthcare stakeholders.
• Ability to execute network management strategies and drive performance improvements.
• Effective leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
