Job summary

Altais Health Solutions, based in California, seeks a Network Development Manager to build and manage a robust provider network. You will own recruitment, onboarding, and relationship-building with physicians and providers across the Bay Area.

The role requires strategic presentations and market insight, with extensive travel and collaboration across teams to ensure high-quality care delivery. You will lead end-to-end provider engagement, staying current on industry trends, and communicating

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in provider networking and sales with targets met or exceeded.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities across stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to physicians and executives.
• Ability to work independently with a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
• Shows adaptability to changing needs of internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective physicians and providers to grow the network.
• Oversee onboarding, credentialing, and contractual processes for new providers.
• Foster ongoing relationships with physicians and providers and deliver solutions.
• Deliver compelling in-person or virtual service presentations and proposals.
• Stay informed on market trends to inform pitches to providers.
• Maintain deep knowledge of services and capabilities to communicate value.
• Collaborate with marketing, provider relations and internal teams.
• Travel up to 75% within the Bay Area region.
