Altais is seeking a Provider Network Growth Consultant to develop and implement strategies for integrating new practices into Altais’s Networks of Care. You will own growing and maintaining a network of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality services.

The role is hybrid in Honolulu, with up to 75% travel within the region. You will lead cross-functional efforts with marketing, physician relations, and internal teams to align objectives and drive growth.

Formación

• 7+ years of provider networking experience.
• 7+ years of managed care experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Critical thinking in work approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Adaptability to stakeholders and providers.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit physicians and providers to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding including agreements and credentialing.
• Maintain relationships with prospective physicians and provide solutions.
• Conduct in-person, online, or townhall presentations and proposals.
• Stay current on network trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Maintain deep knowledge of services and communicate updates effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing, physician relations, and internal teams.
• Travel up to 75% within the assigned market.
