Job summary

Altais seeks a Network Development Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and engagement across our California networks. This hybrid role requires coordination with credentialing, contracting, and physician relations teams to ensure timely onboarding and accurate provider data.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in healthcare operations or provider relations, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare, provider relations, operations, coordination, or related field.
• Experience supporting projects, programs, or operational workflows.
• Familiarity with healthcare environments, provider networks, or managed care preferred.
• Experience working with physicians or provider offices in an administrative or support capacity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provider Recruitment Support: identify prospective physicians and providers, maintain lead lists, and coordinate initial communications.
• Provider Onboarding Coordination: coordinate documentation and onboarding steps with credentialing and contracting teams.
• Provider Engagement Support: maintain relationships with providers, coordinate follow-ups, and escalate issues as needed.
• Presentation & Event Coordination: prepare materials and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and presentations (in-person and virtual).
• Market & Data Support: conduct basic market research and maintain tracking tools related to outreach and network development.
