Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks an experienced physician to join our Missouri clinical team PRN for at least 5 shifts per month, delivering primary and episodic care to skilled nursing residents. You’ll manage your own panel, build long-term relationships with patients and families, and work autonomously within a supportive facility network.

You’ll perform 6-hour rounds (7–10 a.m.), chart from home, and benefit from productivity-based pay with a retention incentive up to $50,000, plus

• MD/DO required with board certification in IM/FM/Geriatrics or equivalent.
• Active, unrestricted state medical license and successful residency completion.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

• Perform annual wellness visits and H&Ps.
• Manage chronic diseases and respond to acute changes.
• Review medications, orders, and coordinate with facility staff and specialists.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, autonomous Physicianto join our clinical team PRN at least 5 shifts per month, providing primary and episodic care toresidents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role builtaround continuity you'll manage your own panel and build long-termrelationships with patients and their families.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll see roughly 16–25 patients a day a mix of long-termchronic care and acute issues. That means annual wellness visits and H&Ps,managing chronic and co-morbid conditions, responding to acute changes,reviewing meds and orders, and coordinating with collaborating specialists andfacility staff to keep care seamless. You'll also stay in touch with familiesand join care conferences where it makes sense.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school.
• Board Certified (BC)requiredInternal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics (or equivalent).
• Valid, unrestrictedphysician license in the state of operation.
• Must be opted-in with Medicare
• Successful completion ofan accredited residency program.
• Skilled nursing orlong-term care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong independentclinical judgment and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced setting.
