Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks an experienced Physician to join our clinical team part-time, providing primary and episodic care in skilled nursing facilities. You’ll manage your own panel, build long-term relationships with patients and families, and chart from home as shifts run 7–10 a.m.

with 6-hour blocks. Expect productivity-based compensation or shift-rate options, plus a retention incentive up to $50,000.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Unrestricted physician license in the state.
• Must be opted-in with Medicare.
• Completed an accredited residency program.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• See 16–25 patients daily, mix of chronic care and acute issues.
• Perform wellness visits and H&Ps; manage chronic conditions.
• Review medications, orders; coordinate with specialists and facility staff.
• Join care conferences and communicate with families when appropriate.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, autonomous Physicianto join our clinical team Part Time at least 3 days per week, providing primary and episodic care toresidents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role builtaround continuity you'll manage your own panel and build long-termrelationships with patients and their families.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll see roughly 16–25 patients a day a mix of long-termchronic care and acute issues. That means annual wellness visits and H&Ps,managing chronic and co-morbid conditions, responding to acute changes,reviewing meds and orders, and coordinating with collaborating specialists andfacility staff to keep care seamless. You'll also stay in touch with familiesand join care conferences where it makes sense.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestrictedphysician license in the state of operation.
• Must be opted-in with Medicare
• Successful completion ofan accredited residency program.
• Skilled nursing orlong-term care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong independentclinical judgment and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced setting.
