Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks an experienced Physician to join our clinical team in a full-time role.

You will manage your own panel, providing primary and episodic care in skilled nursing facilities with autonomy and continuity for residents and families. Enjoy 6-hour shifts, charting from home, and a productivity-based compensation model with potential earnings over $300,000 plus a long-term retention incentive.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics (or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of operation.
• Must be opted-in with Medicare.
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program.

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–25 patients per day, mix of chronic and acute issues.
• Handle annual Wellness visits and H&Ps, manage chronic conditions.
• Coordinate with specialists and facility staff to ensure seamless care.
• Participate in care conferences with families when appropriate.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, autonomous Physicianto join our clinical team full time, providing primary and episodic care toresidents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role builtaround continuity you'll manage your own panel and build long-termrelationships with patients and their families.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll see roughly 16–25 patients a day a mix of long-termchronic care and acute issues. That means annual wellness visits and H&Ps,managing chronic and co-morbid conditions, responding to acute changes,reviewing meds and orders, and coordinating with collaborating specialists andfacility staff to keep care seamless. You'll also stay in touch with familiesand join care conferences where it makes sense.
