• Participate in community events, health fairs, and volunteer opportunities on behalf of Riceland.
• Track activities, manage schedules, and report progress to department leadership.
• Replenish marketing materials weekly (typically during Friday corporate office time).
• Maintain consistent visibility in the field during scheduled hours and provide accurate logs of activities to ensure accountability.

Riceland Healthcare is seeking a Physician Liaison Representative to serve as a trusted connection between our organization and local healthcare providers. This role focuses on building strong professional relationships, sharing information about Riceland’s services, and supporting clinics, physicians, and coordinators in making informed decisions for their patients. The representative will spend most of their time in the field visiting provider offices and facilities, while also taking part in Riceland’s broader community outreach activities.

Responsibilities:

· Regularly visit physician offices, clinics, and healthcare facilities to strengthen relationships.

· Share up-to-date information about Riceland programs and services in a professional and approachable way.

· Partner with department leaders and staff to ensure smooth communication and follow-through.

· Organize on-site educational sessions and meetings with clients.

· Participate in community events, health fairs, and volunteer opportunities on behalf of Riceland.

· Track activities, manage schedules, and report progress to department leadership.

· Replenish marketing materials weekly (typically during Friday corporate office time).

· Maintain consistent visibility in the field during scheduled hours and provide accurate logs of activities to ensure accountability.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday:8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (field-based, includes breaks and 30-min lunch).
• Friday:Morning in the field; afternoon at corporate office for reporting, replenishment, and weekly marketing meeting. Occasional Friday lunch meetings may shift the afternoon schedule slightly, but representatives remain available through 5 PM.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, physician liaison, community outreach, or related roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage time effectively and honorably.
• Comfortable representing Riceland in a variety of professional and community settings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
