Job summary

Rendr seeks Internal or Family Medicine Physicians to provide high-quality clinical care to diverse New York communities. As a rapidly growing network, Rendr offers a supportive environment under dedicated medical leadership.

You will diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic diseases, prescribe medications, explain tests and treatments, immunize patients, and maintain detailed records. The role requires bilingual English and Chinese and NY license.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from accredited medical or osteopathic school.
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board-certified or board-eligible.
• Current and unrestricted New York State license; DEA required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and chronic diseases and conditions.
• Prescribing or administering medications, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
• Explaining procedures and discussing test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
• Monitoring patients' conditions and progress and re-evaluating treatments, as necessary.
• Providing health and wellness advice to patients, including diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Immunizing patients against preventable diseases.
• Maintaining detailed notes of appointments with patients, including comments, tests, and/or treatments prescribed, and test results.
• Referring patients to other medical specialists, when necessary.
• Providing compassionate and empathetic support and advice to patients regarding their health concerns.
• Preparing official health documents or records, when necessary.
• Participating in network activities such as Provider meetings, Grand Rounds, and training sessions
• Other related duties as assigned
