Rendr is seeking Pediatricians to deliver high-quality clinical care across diverse New York communities. Join a rapidly growing network with dedicated medical leadership and supportive environment for physicians.

The role emphasizes diagnosing and treating children, preventive care, and collaboration with a large multi-specialty team. Strong bilingual English-Chinese skills and NY license are required.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatrics.
• Current and unrestricted New York State medical license.
• DEA registration required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic diseases.
• Prescribe medications and provide therapy to prevent or treat illness.
• Explain procedures and test results to patients and families.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Offer health and wellness guidance, including diet and exercise.
• Immunize patients against preventable diseases.
• Maintain detailed patient records of visits and treatments.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
• Provide compassionate patient support and information.
• Participate in network activities such as Provider meetings and Grand Rounds.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Overview:

We are offering employment opportunities to Pediatricians who are interested in providing high-quality clinical care to our patients in the diverse communities that we serve. As a rapidly growing network, we provide a supportive environment for our physicians to practice medicine under the guidance of dedicated medical leadership.

Essential Functions:

• Diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and chronic diseases and conditions
• Prescribing or administering medications, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
• Explaining procedures and discussing test results or prescribed treatments with patients
• Monitoring patients' conditions and progress and re-evaluating treatments, as necessary
• Providing health and wellness advice to patients, including diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention
• Immunizing patients against preventable diseases
• Maintaining detailed notes of appointments with patients, including comments, tests, and/or treatments prescribed, and test results
• Referring patients to other medical specialists, when necessary
• Providing compassionate and empathetic support and advice to patients regarding their health concerns
• Preparing official health documents or records, when necessary
• Participating in network activities such as Provider meetings, Grand Rounds, and training sessions
• Other related duties as assigned
• Schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9:30AM-5:30PM and Sunday between 9AM-5PM.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) required.
• MD or DO from accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatrics required.
• Current and unrestricted New York State license.
• DEA required.
