Job summary

Rendr, a leader in primary care in New York City, is looking for Internal or Family Medicine Physicians to join our rapidly growing network. You will provide high-quality clinical care aimed at serving diverse communities, with an emphasis on compassion and support.

The role requires diagnosing and treating various illnesses, prescribing necessary care, and maintaining comprehensive patient records. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Chinese, hold an MD or DO, and have a valid New York State license.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Current and unrestricted New York State license.

Job Overview

We are offering employment opportunities to Internal or Family Medicine Physicians who are interested in providing high‑quality clinical care to our patients in the diverse communities that we serve. As a rapidly growing network, we provide a supportive environment for our physicians to practice medicine under the guidance of dedicated medical leadership.

Essential Functions

• Diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and chronic diseases and conditions
• Prescribing or administering medications, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
• Explaining procedures and discussing test results or prescribed treatments with patients
• Monitoring patients' conditions and progress and re‑evaluating treatments, as necessary
• Providing health and wellness advice to patients, including diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention
• Immunizing patients against preventable diseases
• Maintaining detailed notes of appointments with patients, including comments, tests, and/or treatments prescribed, and test results
• Referring patients to other medical specialists, when necessary
• Providing compassionate and empathetic support and advice to patients regarding their health concerns
• Preparing official health documents or records, when necessary
• Participating in network activities such as Provider meetings, Grand Rounds, and training sessions
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• MD or DO from accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board‑certified or board‑eligible.
• Current and unrestricted New York State license.
• DEA required.
