Job summary

University of Miami is seeking a Physician & Faculty Compensation Program Analyst to support physician, faculty, and AP provider compensation programs. You will analyze and validate incentive payments, assist with plan design, cost projections, and Workday testing to ensure accurate payouts.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in Workday.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, validate, and reconcile incentive and productivity payments.
• Prepare Workday payment files and track approvals, exceptions and submissions.
• Develop financial cost projections and scenario analyses under various assumptions.
• Maintain program-specific models, calculation files, and executive summaries.
