Job summary

The University of Miami Health System is seeking a Physician & Faculty Compensation Program Analyst to provide financial, technical and administrative support for physician, faculty and applicable advanced practice provider compensation programs. You will contribute to plan design, costing, implementation and incentive administration while ensuring accurate payout execution.

You will analyze productivity, perform calculations, validate payments, and translate program concepts into actionable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience required.
Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient with office software and relevant computer applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provides financial, technical and administrative support for compensation programs.
Supports plan design, costing, implementation, incentive administration and performance analyses.
Calculates and validates payments across cycles and ensures accurate payout execution.
Prepares payment files and tracks approvals, exceptions and submissions.
Documents assumptions, definitions and calculation logic for transparency.
Develops cost projections and conducts scenario analyses under different assumptions.
