Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Physician Liaison to engage with local primary and specialty physicians, promote our facility's services, and grow patient referrals. You will work with the Marketing Coordinator on awareness campaigns and outreach events, and help doctors connect with specialists and surgeons in the Michigan healthcare community.

The role emphasizes relationship building, clear communication, and a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills is essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Survey local primary and specialty physicians to increase patient referrals.
• Run quarterly physician referral reports.
• Conduct food drops at Michigan ENT offices and meet with local physicians.
• Promote services and help doctors build relationships with specialists.
