The Staff Pad is partnered with a healthcare organization in Manchester, NH, seeking a Physician Liaison to manage relationships among the hospital, clinics, and referring providers. This full-time role focuses on promoting services, growing referrals, and improving access to specialty care.

You’ll collaborate with physicians, clinic staff, and leadership to drive strategic growth while enhancing the provider and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, business development, or provider relations preferred.
• Experience with referral networks and growth initiatives is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with primary care providers, specialists, and referral coordinators.
• Conduct regular outreach visits within the hospital’s service area.
• Organize Lunch and Learn sessions to educate providers on services and processes.

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputedhealthcare organization in Manchester, TN and we are looking to hire adependable Physician Liaison to serve as the primary relationship managerbetween the hospital, specialty clinics, and referring providers across theservice area.

This role promotes hospital and specialty physicianservices, strengths referral relationships, educates providers on availableservices, supports referral growth, and improves access to specialty care.

The Physician Liaison works closely with physicians,clinic staff, and hospital leadership to support strategic growth initiativeswhile enhancing the provider and patient experience.

The role also represents the hospital within thecommunity through outreach, educational events, and networking opportunities toincrease awareness of services and improve regional access to care.

What You’ll Do

Referral Development & Provider Relations

• Buildand maintain strong relationships with primary care providers, advancedpractice providers, specialists, clinic managers, and referralcoordinators

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’sdegree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  
• Relevanthealthcare experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  
• 2–3years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison services,business development, provider relations, physician recruiting, or relatedhealthcare field preferred
  
• Ruralhealthcare experience strongly preferred
  
• Experienceworking with physicians, clinics, referral networks, or service linegrowth initiatives preferred
  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Understandingof healthcare referral processes and provider operations
  
• Knowledgeof healthcare services, physician practice management, and specialtyclinic operations
  
• Abilityto analyze referral trends and identify growth opportunities
