Job summary

Michigan ENT & Allergy in Caledonia, MI is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive ENT care across our multi-clinic network. The role includes diagnostic assessments, care plan development with ENT specialists, and patient education.

This full-time position features a Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule, generous benefits including PTO and CME funds, and training for new grads or those new to the setting.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan PA license and certification.
• 1 year ENT clinic experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with care teams.
• Ability to work in fast-paced ENT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic patient care and develop care plans with ENT team.
• Perform tests and interpret results to define treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about options and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech pathologists, and other providers.
• Engage in continuing education to advance ENT knowledge.
• Manage patient evaluations and care independently and with staff.

Job Location: Michigan ENT & Allergy - 6470 Cherry Meadow Drive SE - Caledonia , MI 49316, Position Type: Full Time, Travel Percentage: Instate multi-clinic travel.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to our patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in ENT medical care, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality diagnostic patient care
• Conduct patient assessments, evaluate symptoms, and develop care plans in collaboration with our team of ENT specialists
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results accurately to define appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with our audiologists and speech pathologists and outside healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance ENT care knowledge and skills.
• Evaluation and Management of patients
• Ability to work independently and as a team with patients, staff, and providers.

Qualifications you will need:

• Current Physician Assistant certification in the state of Michigan.
• Preference for a one-year experience as a Physician Assistant in an ENT clinic or graduate of an ENT program.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, patient care abilities, and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
