Job summary

FirstHealth of the Carolinas in Pinehurst, NC, is seeking a PRN inpatient Cardiologist for weekend coverage at Read Heart Center, the flagship cardiac campus.

You will work alongside seasoned APPs, utilize Epic EMR, and provide inpatient care across Friday to Sunday.

Qualifications

• Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved residency and fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease is required or eligible.
• Board certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease is required or eligible.
• Licensed or eligible for unrestricted licensure in NC; current DEA and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend inpatient cardiology coverage Friday to Sunday.
• Collaborate with APPs to deliver comprehensive inpatient care.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and orders.

Education

ACGME- or AOA-approved residency and fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease

Qualifications

• Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved residency and fellowship programs, and board certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease required.
